BUSINESS HEADSHOTS FAQ

Just email or message me with an idea of what you need and roughly when. We can compare calendars and lock something in. For inside, we need some space, often a large meeting room will work. For outside we need to pick a spot, preferably with shade and a bit of distance between the person and the background (I can help).

I need about 20 minutes to setup, then its normally 5 min or less per person. Afterwards it takes about 15 minute to pack down.

Look like a good version of the person doing the job you want would wear. You may want to put your own taste and personality for some shots. Considera formal, and casual option, depending on your role. If there is a standard shirt/uniform then it can be helpful to have several sizes at the shoot in case people forget or have old branding.

As the number of employees goes up, there might need to be a guide on how you want them to present themselves eg hair back or button shirts etc, Make sure everyone knows ahead of time. If you have a specific format, eg size or ratio, then let me know so I can deliver to spec. You are free to use the images in anyway you wish eg give to partner businesses, re edit, commercial uses etc… they are yours

Sure, no problem. Things like spots or minor work should be good but you want to look like a good version of your real self so I try to be subtle. Other things I can help with are background extensions or specific formating.
